Simply serve on the shell with your choice of garnish.
Marinade in lemon or lime juice for 15-60 mins in the fridge. Remove from the marinade and serve on the shell with your choice of garnish.
Poach for 30 sec in boiling water, then serve on the shell with your choice of garnish.
Steam on the shell for 1 min, then serve on shell with your choice of garnish.
Shuck and thread onto skewers. Drizzle with oil and grill for 30 sec each side.
Flash fry in a hot pan with a dash of oil for 1 min, then serve on the shell with your choice of garnish.
Top with the garnish of your choice and bake under the grill, in the oven or on the BBQ on the half shell for 5 mins or until bubbly and golden.
